Join Vizlegal as our Digital Marketing and Growth Executive

Vizlegal has spent years building something legal professionals rely on every day. Solicitors, barristers, planners, researchers, and journalists use the platform to search, track, and analyse millions of legal and regulatory documents that were once scattered across separate sites, slow to find, and harder still to verify. The product works, and our customers tell us so. The task now is a different one: making sure the right people know it exists, understand what it does, and can see the value quickly enough to ask for a demo.

That is why we are hiring a digital marketing and growth executive.

Since 2019, we have been building the intelligence layer for the legal profession and the professional services around it. Court judgments, tribunal decisions, planning records, and High Court filings come into one fast platform, structured and searchable in ways that were not possible before.

Our customers range from some of Ireland's largest law firms to media companies, public bodies, and State agencies. We are small, focused, and growing, and the potential for more is real.

Why this role exists

The product is genuinely useful. The next step is getting better at telling people that, helping them understand it, and turning interest into revenue.

This is not a support role. You will own our digital presence and work closely with our Head of Sectoral Engagement, who will invest real time in your development and push you to think bigger than the brief.

What you will actually do

In the first six months you will get your hands on both the foundations and the gaps. Some things are already in place, including a website, social media, a content presence, email, and a CRM. Others need building or rethinking from scratch. In practice, that means:

• taking ownership of our SEO and content output
• digging into campaign and conversion data to understand what is working and what is not
• setting up the measurement we still need, including conversion tracking, UTMs, and a clear view of what turns interest into demos
• using our CRM with intent
• optimising email marketing based on our data
• contributing ideas on channels and tactics we have not tried yet

Our marketing activity spans online and offline, in person and virtual. You will work across all of these touchpoints.

Who we are looking for

We are after someone early in their career with the appetite to run with real responsibility. On the essentials:

• two to three years of B2B digital marketing experience, including LinkedIn campaigns
• creative ability across video production, Canva, and similar tools
• comfortable in GA4, with a clear sense of what good SEO and SEM look like, and confident finding your way around a CRM
• you think in terms of pipeline rather than vanity metrics, and you can tell a post that earns likes from one that brings demos
• able to work with our technical team to get analytics and tracking live, rather than waiting for it to be handed over
• you write cleanly and pick up a house style fast, and we have firm copy conventions you will make second nature
• you use AI as part of your daily work to move faster, while keeping editorial and strategic judgment in your own hands
• happy to flag what you do not know, and willing to learn

Some experience working alongside or within legal or professional services is a bonus, though intellectual curiosity about the space matters more. If you find yourself reading about court decisions, legal AI, or the future of the legal profession in your own time, you are probably our person.

What we offer

Direct mentorship. Not a buddy scheme, but actual time, actual feedback, and actual investment in where you want to go. You will work closely with leadership and our technical team, and daily with the Head of Sectoral Engagement.

The problem itself is a good one. Legal intelligence is an under-served, fast-moving space. The buyers are sophisticated, the data is rich, and the marketing challenge is more interesting than most. You will understand more about how the legal system actually works in six months here than you would learn in years elsewhere.

And the tools. From day one you will be using AI in your work, your ideation, and your problem-solving. AI will not be doing your job. You will be using it to do yours.

We do not have the headcount, global brand recognition, or budget of the larger machines, but we also do not have their bureaucracy. You will not be one of fifty marketers running one slice of one channel. You will be the person who shapes how Vizlegal shows up in the world.

Location and salary

Based in Ireland. Fully remote, with occasional incidental travel from time to time for team familiarisation, client visits, and events. Salary from €40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
