Rules update October 2020
Two Circuit Court Rule amendments have been published and one came into operation on September 30th. As usual we have consolidated the rules and formatted them to be easy to read or print (and inserted links to relevant primary legislation and Forms).

Litigation in COVID19 Ireland
At Vizlegal we collect data every day from multiple courts and jurisdictions -including all new cases being filed in the Irish High Court each day. Over recent years we would see 15–16,000 new cases filed each year.
